Founder Foundations
Forged through failures, wins and scars in Silicon Valley
Startups Don’t Fail Because of Bad Ideas
Startups Fail When Founders Get Caught Off Guard.
Building a startup is brutal.
It tests everything: your clarity, resilience, relationships, and confidence.
Ideas are cheap — but the founder’s ability to execute, stay focused, and lead through chaos is what determines who survives.
But the reality is: there’s actually a flow.
A sequence. A rhythm.
One that’s fairly repeatable — like what they teach you at Y Combinator, or the way Steve Blank describes it.
And each time you create something new, it gets easier.
So there must be a pattern. A recipe.
But until you get that pattern down, most founders get blindsided.
They waste time, miss opportunities, and burn themselves out learning lessons the hard way — lessons they thought would be easy, lessons they thought they could handle, lessons they thought they’d never need.
You’re here because you don’t want to learn the hard way.
You want the heads-up. The roadmap.
You want to build your company — and yourself — the right way from day one. Anticipating each turn before it comes.
This course gives you exactly that.
Most founders don’t realize:
Chaos isn’t optional — but being unprepared is.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Founder-To-Be
- First-time founders ready to do this right from day one.
- Existing Founder
- Founders who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unclear
- Founders who want to save time & avoid mistakes
Your Instructor:

Over the past 15 years, I’ve founded and led multiple companies across Silicon Valley, Canada, and Turkey — building and scaling businesses in technology, travel, logistics, healthcare, and leadership development.
Today, I’m the founder of Silent Tower, where I help founders and executives transform themselves and their companies by blending neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and embodied purpose to create lasting, systemic change. I also lead Tourzimo, reshaping the future of travel by empowering tour operators worldwide through technology, strategic consulting, and a thriving global community.
