Integrated Transformational Leadership (ITL) – Future

*Completion of ITL - Now  and ITL – Past is required before attending ITL – Future. Participants may complete the pre-requisites at any prior date. 

Duration

3 full days

     It's possible to combine ITL-Future with ITL-Past for a 7-day retreat. 

     It's possible to combine ITL-Future with ITL-Now and ITL-Past for a 10-day retreat. 

Format

This phase is held within a structured, facilitator-led container designed for sustained attention, psychological safety, and real-time relational work.


The emphasis is not on instruction, but on observation, integration, and responsibility as leadership patterns surface under pressure.

Target Audience

ITL – Future is designed for founders, CEOs, and senior leaders who have already completed deep internal integration work and are no longer driven by unresolved pressure, survival strategies, or identity compensation.


This phase is for leaders who recognize that clarity has removed old excuses. What remains is the responsibility of direction.


Participants arrive not to find direction, but to take responsibility for it.

Program Goals

ITL – Future translates consistent leadership behavior into direction and execution.

At this stage, the issue is no longer seeing the pattern. It is whether the leader can hold direction under pressure without drifting, reacting, or overcorrecting.

This phase focuses on:
  • holding direction when pressure increases
  • making decisions that remain consistent over time
  • ensuring leadership behavior holds as responsibility increases
