Integrated Transformational Leadership (ITL) Retreats
Deeper work, by invitation only.
Integrated Transformational Leadership retreats are the deepest format Silent Tower runs. They sit at the top of the offer ladder, and they are the only program that is not sold cold. People arrive at ITL through other work: a workshop, a course, a referral, a long conversation. The ITL work goes deeper than our other formats can reach.
What ITL does
ITL addresses the level beneath visible behavior. The patterns that shape how a leader carries responsibility, holds power, and processes pressure. These patterns continue to operate even as the company scales.
The retreat is residential and immersive. It happens away from the conditions that shape leaders inside their daily lives, so these patterns can be seen directly and addressed.
Audience & Readiness
Integrated Transformational Leadership is designed for leaders who are already carrying real authority and responsibility.
ITL is for late stage founders and leadership teams under serious pressure. It is appropriate for: Series A-C leadership groups, VC-backed founder circles, executive communities, private retreat-style cohorts, and individual leaders who have done enough surface work to know they need the deeper format.
ITL examines and reshapes the patterns that leadership responsibility has already exposed.
Participants should expect depth, experiential work and personal responsibility.
This retreat is intentionally selective. Fewer people participate in this work, and those who do, see significant change.
The ITL Journey: A Three-Part Progression
How far are you ready to go?
Integrated Transformational Leadership is not a set of retreats.
It is a deliberate journey through the layers that shape how leadership behavior is formed, expressed, and sustained under pressure
ITL – Now → ITL – Past → ITL – Future
ITL - Now
Seeing leadership clearly and being present in real time
3-Day Retreat
The first retreat. Where the leader stabilizes their own internal state by focusing on awareness and responsibility to develop consistent leadership behavior and responsibility in real time. This is where most leaders begin.
ITL - Past
Resolving what leadership pressure continues to activate
4-Day Retreat*
The second retreat. The emotional and identity material that shaped the leader long before they founded a company. Examining and resolving the patterns that continue to shape authority, conflict, and reactions under pressure.
ITL - Future
Aligning leadership with coherent direction and meaning
3-Day Retreat*
The third retreat. Aligning leadership vision and identity. Aligning the future for leaders who are building the version of themselves who can hold it. It focuses on vision, direction, and integrated leadership expression.
* Note: Completion of ITL – Now is a prerequisite for ITL – Past, which in turn is required before undertaking ITL – Future.
