Integrated Transformational Leadership (ITL) – Past

*Completion of ITL – Now is required before attending ITL – Past. Participants may complete ITL – Now at any prior date.

Duration

4 full days

    It's possible to combine ITL-Past with ITL-Now for a 7-day retreat.

Format

ITL – Past is held as a closed, retreat-based immersion requiring full presence.

Leaders step away from operational roles to engage in sustained psychological and emotional work within a structured, facilitator-led container.

Philosophy

ITL – Past addresses the patterns that continue to shape leadership behavior under pressure.

These are not visible on the surface, but they show up in how leaders react, control, withdraw, or overcompensate when stakes rise.

This phase focuses on identifying and resolving the patterns that continue to distort decision-making, communication, and authority.

Target Audience

ITL – Past is designed for founders, CEOs, and senior leaders who are already carrying sustained authority and responsibility.

This phase is for leaders who recognize that current leadership reactions are driven by patterns that were formed earlier and are still active under pressure.

Program Goals

ITL – Past equips leaders to examine and shift the internal patterns that shape their leadership from behind the scenes. By bringing the patterns and reactions that continue to shape leadership behavior under pressure into conscious awareness, leaders develop:

  • Consistent behavior under pressure
  • Reduced reactivity in conflict
  • Clearer authority without overcontrol
  • More stable decision-making

Program Focus

  • Recognizing Unconscious Patterns
  • Reframing Limiting Narratives
  • Leading from Responsibility, Not Reaction
  • Uncovering Distortions in Perception and Behavior
  • Strengthening Emotional Agility
  • Building Self-Trust and Relational Presence
