Integrated Transformational Leadership (ITL) – Past

*Completion of ITL – Now is required before attending ITL – Past. Participants may complete ITL – Now at any prior date.

Duration

4 full days

    It's possible to combine ITL-Past with ITL-Now for a 7-day retreat.

Format

ITL – Past is held as a closed, retreat-based immersion requiring full presence.

Leaders step away from operational roles to engage in sustained psychological and emotional work within a structured, facilitator-led container.

Philosophy

ITL – Past builds on the awareness developed in ITL – Now by engaging the deeper emotional and identity-level patterns that leadership pressure continues to activate.

This phase focuses on resolving survival-based adaptations that shape how authority, control, and responsibility are embodied.

Target Audience

ITL – Past is designed for founders, CEOs, and senior leaders who are already carrying sustained authority and responsibility.

This phase is for leaders who recognize that present-day reactions are rooted in earlier adaptations — and are ready to engage those patterns directly.

Program Goals

ITL – Past equips leaders to examine and shift the internal patterns that shape their leadership from behind the scenes. By bringing hidden beliefs, emotional triggers, and reactive behaviors into conscious awareness, Leaders develop:

  • Deeper Self-Awareness
  • Emotional Agility
  • Behavioral Integrity
  • Relational Clarity

Program Focus

  • Recognizing Unconscious Patterns
  • Reframing Limiting Narratives
  • Leading from Responsibility, Not Reaction
  • Uncovering Distortions in Perception and Behavior
  • Strengthening Emotional Agility
  • Building Self-Trust and Relational Presence
