Over the past 15 years, I’ve founded and led technology-driven companies across Silicon Valley, Canada, and Turkey—building and scaling products in travel, logistics, healthcare, and enterprise systems. My career has spanned software engineering, cloud architecture, AI implementation, and leading cross-functional teams through rapid growth and complex technical transformations.
Today, as the founder of Silent Tower, I help leaders and organizations evolve for the AI era by combining deep technical expertise with advanced leadership psychology. My work integrates Executive Leadership Coaching with operational AI Empowerment, supporting founders and executives in transforming both their internal capacity and the systems they lead.
