If the draft versions always start out with a low figure (say 5% discount) but eventually you settle on a discount rate of 15% to 20%, if every single draft of a contract with low discounts is also fed into the AI model, you will inadvertently confuse AI’s conclusion of your “typical discount rates”, unless drafts are clearly labeled and the final version explicitly highlighted.
